Stylist

JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for the styling of models and the maintenance of the wardrobe department

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Pre Shoot Coordination:
• Review calendar for planning
• Obtain models statistics from talent coordinator
• Review shoot plan from director
• Define and prepare “look” for shoot
• Ensure model’s wardrobe
• Maintain all costumes: making, purchasing, repairing and alterations
• Purchases soft props for sets
• Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as required.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in film/video or theatrical industry or equivalent job experience
• Industry Certification or equivalent job related experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with and nurture creative persons
• A sharp aesthetic eye for color, style and fit
• Proven knowledge of what makes a model alluring
• Basic sewing and craft skills with a high attention to detail
• Experience working with many textiles such as leather, latex, stretch fabric and a variety

JOB OBJECTIVE:
On a paid by commission basis Recruit/Refer Local Models and increase Kink.com local model network.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Attend local fetish parties, bars, stripclubs, and other events where potential talent will be present.
• Introduce Kink.com sites to likely candidates and provide with necessary referral information
• Provide detailed recruitment log outlining venue attended, time spent, and number of contacts made

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:

• Fetish Modeling experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in either promoting or recruiting
• Familiarity with BDSM and alternative sexual lifestyles

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptionally outgoing
• Able to discuss explicit material with ease.
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in adult industry
